The schedule is as follows:

1. Check-in after 4:00 PM (late check-in allowed but early check-in not allowed)
2. Snacks from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
3. BBQ from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
4. Bonfire after 10.30 PM
5. Dinner from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM
6. Silent hours 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM
7. Next day breakfast from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
8. Check-out at 11:00 AM

You can reach Pawna lake by private vehicle. There is a parking space for each campsite. Reach Lonavala or Kamshet via train/Bus if you are coming by public transport. we are providing direct transport from Mumbai pickup and drop 800/person with extra cost and from Pune pickup and drop 600/person with extra cost. You will get a separate 2 people, 3 people or 4 people Non-AC tents according to your choice and availability. You don’t have to share a tent with an unknown person. Foam mattresses, bed-sheet, pillow, and blanket will be provided in the tent. (We don’t provide sleeping bags for hygiene purpose)

The food options are as follows:

1. Snacks: Tea and pakoda, Boil Eggs
2. Veg-BBQ: marinated paneer with assorted veggies
3. NonVeg-BBQ: marinated chicken with assorted veggies
4. Veg-dinner: veg or paneer sabzi, chapati, dal-tadka, steamed rice, salad, sweet.
5. Nonveg-dinner: chicken sukha, curry, chapati, steamed rice, salad, sweet.
6. Breakfast: Tea Poha, Bread, Jam.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

A) 33% reservation-advance is no-refundable in case of total cancellation. However, camping can be rescheduled up to the next year if cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in time.

B) 33% reservation-advance is adjustable (In the final payment) in case of partial cancellation if partial cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in time, Else guest has to pay the full amount.

C) If the guest has fully paid for the booking and cancellations are made 24 hours before the check-in time, then 33% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees and the remaining 67% amount will be refunded within 5 working days. If the guest fails to cancel the booking before 24 Hrs then the guest has to pay the full amount.

D) If the guest has fully paid for the booking and partial cancellation is made 24 hours before the check-in time, then an adjustment will be made in the final payment Else no refund will be provided.
